Claude Code

Give Claude Code your saved docs, notes and references while you build.

Add the server#

Shell
claude mcp add --transport http recallr https://mcp.recallr-ai.org/mcp

Add --scope user to make Recallr available in every project instead of only this one:

claude mcp add --transport http --scope user recallr https://mcp.recallr-ai.org/mcp

Sign in#

  1. Start Claude Code and type /mcp.
  2. Pick recallr and choose Authenticate. Your browser opens Recallr's sign-in.
  3. Sign in and choose Allow. The browser hands the sign-in back to Claude Code on this computer.

Check it with:

claude mcp list

Use it while you code#

  • "Use my Recallr notes on the Fetch API to add retries to this client."
  • "What did I save about Postgres indexes? Apply it to this query."
  • "Save a note to Recallr: the staging deploy needs the new env var."

Remove it#

claude mcp remove recallr
