Is the connector free?#

Yes. It works on Recallr Free and Pro. Saves you make through it count toward your plan like any other save.

Which assistants work?#

Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop), ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth.

Do I need the Recallr app?#

You need a Recallr account, which the sign-in page can create. To save from your phone or browser, use the apps; to save from a chat, ask your assistant.

Can the assistant delete my saves?#

No. The tools can search, read and add. Nothing can delete or edit.

Does the assistant see my whole Recallr?#

It sees what its searches and reads return, one request at a time, only while connected. It never sees your chats, Buddy Mail or connected apps.

Is Recallr in the ChatGPT and Claude directories?#

Recallr is in review for both. Until it is listed, add it with the address https://mcp.recallr-ai.org/mcp.
