Using Recallr

Connected apps

Connect the apps you work in so Recallr can answer with them too. Each one is permissioned on its own and can be disconnected any time.

What you can connect#

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets, Notion, GitHub, Slack, Linear, Dropbox, Discord and more. On iPhone you can also let Recallr use Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Photos and Health, each with its own permission.

How Recallr uses them#

  • Recallr reads a connected app only when a request needs it, like "did Sam reply about the contract?".
  • Anything that changes something, like sending an email or creating an event, shows an approval card first. Nothing happens until you approve, and the card expires after five minutes.
  • You can ask across several apps at once.

Plans#

Free includes reading Google Drive, Notion and Dropbox (50 reads a day). Pro opens every connected app and agent workflows.

The MCP connector is separate. Connecting Recallr to ChatGPT or Claude does not give the assistant access to your connected apps, your chats or Buddy Mail. It can only use the Recallr tools in the tools reference.
